大まかに、生成AIでメインビジュアルを作成、それを実写の商品と合成、という形になります。
まず生成AIでメインのビジュアルを制作します。
大雑把な絵コンテからプロンプトのライティングになります。
プロンプトは全て英語です。
どのAIエンジンも、全て英語で開発され、画像、映像に関する表現は全て英語表現をもとに生成されます。
私は以前、英語文化圏（NYC）で仕事をしていた関係で、多くの日本語が正確に英語に翻訳されないことを知っています。そのためプロンプトは全て英語で記述しています。
次に商品をスタジオ撮影してそのデータを生成画像と合成します。
商品はなるべく、生成画像となじむようなアングルで撮影します。

サイレント・ラグジュアリーとは、ブランドロゴや装飾を極力排除し、
最高級の素材と仕立ての良さで静かに本質的な豊かさを表現するスタイルです。
トレンドに左右されないタイムレスなデザインが特徴で、富裕層を中心に世界的な支持を集めています。
写真はトナカイの革と裏地はカシミアで仕立てられた、オーダーメイドのコートです。

In 1990s I often used Polaroid land film(4 by 5 and 8 by 10) for fashion photography.
As I peel apart negative film from paper emulsion would remain on edge of paper.
That was so artistic that many photographer used it as an Artwork.
I depict that emulsion border by giving Prompt to AI.
90年代にポラロイドランドフィルムをチェックだけでなく原稿としても使うことがあった。
ペーパーの縁に残ったエマルジョン（乳剤などの跡）がアーティスティックだったからだ。
主にファッションフォトグラファーがそれをやっていた。
それを思い出してプロンプトで生成してみた。
なかなか良い感じだが、あの色調の再現だけは困難だろう。
今後に期待。w

実写（コート）と生成AI映像をブレンドした広告映像
プロンプトを使って、カメラはモデルと一定距離を保ちながらドリーアウトしている。
映像では同時にズームインしているが、
このズームインの動きは編集ソフト（Davinci resolve)によるもの。
プロンプトでドリーアウトしながら同時にズームインすると、映像がちらついたりする。
その辺をAIに聞いたら、案の定、
カメラワークはなるべく編集ソフトで行った方が結果が良いとのこと。
現在の生成AI映像の限界。
やっていると、いろいろと問題点が出て来る。
トーン調整等は、通常、静止画作成時と動画にした後のポストプロダクションの二箇所で行う。
自分は基本スティルの人間なので、ほとんど静止画作成時にPhotoshopで行った。
Photoshopだとかなり細かくできる。
AIによると、動画編集ソフトのポストプロダクションで行う方がベターらしい。
確かに、全体のイメージをカラーグレーディングするにはそれが便利だと思うが、
部分的な明暗調整等は断然Photoshopだ。
いろいろあって、毎回勉強になる。

この例は高級綿花シーアイランドコットンのシャツ（イタリア製）の広告です。
シーアイランドコットンの故郷はカリブ海。舞台はカリブ海に面したハバナの堤防。可愛いアフロヘアの女性が夕涼みしているというような光景を生成しました。
オリジナル画像のシャツはもちろん商品とは違い生成AIが描いたものですが、なるべく実物に近いものを指定します。
プロンプトは以下

① まず、モデルに、商品と近いダミ ーの服を着せたビジュアルを生成します。
② ビジュアルが決ま ったら商品の撮影になります。なるべくビジュアルに近いシチュエーションのデータの方が自然に上がります。スタジオで撮影した商品です。質感、特に風になびいた感じが出せるように撮影しました。
画像合成においては、商品の質感が命なので、撮影は中判（ミディアムサイズ）で行います。
③ Photoshopで生成AI画像と商品を合成、クロップします。場合によっては、合成後なじませるため若干のブラシ作業を行うこともあります。
この広告も生成AIイメージと実写のバッグの合成です。
この生成にインプットしたプロンプトは以下の通り。
イメージした画像が生成するまで修正していきます。

単体で撮影したイタリア革職人によるビジネスバッグ。
生活の中の１シーンとして再現してみました。
①プロンプトで生成した画像。
②実写した商品のバッグ。
③生成画像に実写のバッグを合成したものです。
パリではよく見かける光景です。
このバンケットシートがいろいろとあって興味が尽きない。
フィレンツェでは、グッチ本社の方に誘われて行ったのはカウンターバーのようなカフェ。
もちろんフィレンツェにもオープンは多いのですが、やはりパリの方がしっくりきます。

実写の物写真＋生成AIモデルの広告写真
日本ではコインケースとか呼ばれる財布だが、
欧米ではSmall Walletと呼ばれる。
ファッションアイテムとして、男性、女性ともに人気があるそうだ。
たしか、PRADAもおしゃれな商品を出している。
カードやスマホ決済の世の中で、あえてSmall Walletを選ぶというのが面白い。
商品のカラーに対して、ネイルの色を何にするか迷った。
コントラストよりはやや同系色系統の方がおしゃれだと思ってこの色を指定した。
